I get a warning that I need a new version of Adobe Reader. Please note that a user asked this question on the Tracker Software forum. If this is the case then a yellow notification icon will appear at the bottom of the user interface, next to the Options dropdown menu. Click the icon for further information, which should confirm that XFA-compatibility is the issue.
You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www. Tracker Software endeavors to support as many formats as possible on an ongoing basis.
